Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Noyasjewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Noyasjewelry shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Our items is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.

Shipment, Customs, Duties and Taxes

• All items purchased from Noyasjewelry are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
  This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
• The use of the Noyasjewelry site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.
• Noyasjewelry offers worldwide shipping.The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS:

At Noyasjewelry we'll gladly accept the return of items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Noyasjewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Noyasjewelry returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally to all countries. Rates are calculated at time of checkout. Noyasjewelry is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination. Express mail is guaranteed 2-9 day delivery, while priority mail is 6-28 days delivery.

TRACKING NUMBERS:

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Noyasjewelry only ships packages Monday through Friday.
